There are three separate Motorola rebates being offered. One for the new RDX line of 2-watt radios, one for the new RDX line of 4&5-watt radios and one for the current XTN line of radios. These are both traditional purchase rebates and the RDX radios have an additional trade-in rebate.
MOTOROLA RDX 2-WATT RADIO REBATE:
Motorola is offering two ways to save on RDX Series business 2-watt two-way radios including a $20 per unit rebate with the purchase of at least six RDX radios, plus a $20 per old-radio trade-in rebate on eligible Motorola and non-Motorola two-way radios when you buy at least six RDX Series radios.

PROMOTION RULES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This offer is valid only with the purchase of Motorola RDX Series™ and XTN Series™
two-way radios between April 1, 2008 and July 31, 2008. Offer excludes all bulk
(non-packaged) purchased models. Minimum purchase of 6 radios on a single order.
A maximum of 36 radios per business location.
$20 Rebate on purchased RDX 2 Watt radios PLUS an additional $20 Trade-in Rebate
when an eligible radio unit is traded in. Possible per unit total rebate: $40.00
$30 Rebate on purchased RDX 4 and 5 Watt radios PLUS an additional $30 Trade-In Rebate
when an eligible radio unit is traded in. Possible per unit total rebate $60.00
$15 Rebate on purchased XTN Series radios. No additional rebate for trade-ins.
2. To receive rebates, completely fill out the online submission form (available at www.
motorolasavings.com). Customer will receive a confirmation page at end of online
submission process. To finalize the rebate process, you must include the following:
Signed copy of completed confirmation online submission form
1 x 3 inch barcode from original radio packaging for each radio
A copy of the purchase receipt (packing slip not accepted)
Eligible trade-in radio units (if applicable)
The 1 x 3 inch barcode can be found on the outside of the product packaging. See the
HELP section on www.motorolasavings.com for assistance in locating the appropriate
barcode label. Photocopies or mechanical reproductions of the 1 x 3 inch barcodes from
product packaging will not be accepted.

Rebate submissions must be postmarked on or before August 15, 2008
and Received by August 30, 2008.
3. A minimum of six radios on a single order within the same
product series must be purchased to qualify for a rebate.
Mixing between product series (RDX Series, XTN Series)
will not count towards reaching the minimum purchase
requirement of six (6) radios.
Maximum of 36 rebate submissions per business location.
Maximum dollar amount for redemptions:
RDX 2 Watt Radios $1,440.00
RDX 4 and 5 Watt Radios $2,160.00
XTN Series $540.00
4. Rebate checks cannot be sent to P.O.Boxes.

5. Radios eligible for a trade-in rebate: Motorola or
competitive brand business band two-way radios.
Push-to-Talk (PTT) cellular products must include a PTT,
quick talk button.
Radios specifically excluded from a trade-in rebate are
any devices that fall into any of the following categories:
FRS, GMRS, Marine, Amateur, Avionics, Scanners, CB
Radios, SSB, Pagers, Cordless Telephones and Repeaters.
6. Offer valid in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
7. Motorola RDX and XTN Series two-way radio(s) cannot
be returned once the rebate submission form has been
submitted.
8. Motorola is not responsible for lost, late mutilated,
misdirected or postage due mail. Illegible or incomplete
forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for promotion
offer.
9. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional
offers, rebates, coupons or discounts.
10. Fraudulent submissions could result in prosecution under
US Mail Fraud Statute (18 USC Section 1241-1242).
11. This form has no cash value. Reproduction, purchase,
sale or trade of 1 x 3 inch barcodes from product packaging
is prohibited.
12. All materials received become the property of Motorola,
Inc. and will not be returned.
13. Motorola reserves the right to modify or withdraw this
promotion at any time, and without any prior notice. Please
make a copy of all materials submitted.

Motorola is very strict about rebate procedures and there is a NO EXCEPTION rule in place.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU FOLLOW REBATE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY -- ESPECIALLY CLIPPING OUT AND MAILING THE UPC CODES FROM THE PACKAGING (not from the product manual) REQUIRED FOR THE REBATE. IF THESE ARE LOST OR DISCARDED THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO REPLACE THEM FOR THE REBATE AND IT WILL NOT BE HONORED BY MOTOROLA. HOWEVER, PLEASE KEEP COPIES OF EVERYTHING THAT IS SENT IN FOR THE REBATE.
